About Poisoning.ai

Poisoning.ai is an independent place to understand the tools that fight back against AI scraping, and to see honestly how well each one actually holds up.

What we do

We review and test art-protection tools like Glaze, Nightshade, Fawkes and HarmonyCloak. For each one we look at what it defends against, what is known to break it, and where the evidence currently stands. When a tool has been independently tested, we say so. When its claims are self-reported and unproven, we say that too.

How we judge a protection

A protection is only worth trusting if it survives what happens to a file in the wild: re-saving, format changes, upscaling, purifiers, and the next model release. We weight independent, peer-reviewed results over a tool's own headline numbers, and we link the source for every figure we cite.

What grounds this

We are independent: the aim here is an honest read on what actually holds, not a pitch for any single tool. Every claim with a number traces to a named paper or source, linked in the article. Where the research is thin, we say it is thin rather than filling the gap with confidence.
